For payment we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and direct bank to bank funds transfer. Prices and payments are all in US dollars. If you prefer not to send your card number over the Internet e-mail us the order and we will begin filling it while you call in, paper mail, or fax us the card number and expire date. Personal checks will be deposited when they arrive to clear before the order ships. Credit cards will be debited when the order ships for orders under $500. Credit card orders over $500 will be debited 50% down when order is placed with the remainder when order ships.

Typical order fulfillment is 2-8 weeks. The wide range is due to two factors. First there is hardly a 'typical' ACG order. The extensive customizing we allow results in most orders being custom configurations which takes time. The second factor is that ACG is a one-man part time business, with a little help from my friends. Orders are filled in the order received balancing the time spent on ACG verses my obligations to family, faith, the day job which keeps us fed, and a bit of time off to stay sane. Sometimes I even get time to listen to my stereo!

We enjoy the privilege of serving a worldwide clientele with Guild members in Asia, the Americas, Europe, and Africa. We can supply power supplies matching local AC voltages. For countries with ready access to electronic parts our circuit boards and Boards & Chips products are ideal while areas with difficult supply are well served by our full kits. We ship exports airmail with a ten-day delivery average and cost quote overseas shipping based on order size and weight. Delivery by UPS or other private carrier is available however be warned cost is over $100. All expediting to clear local customs is the responsibility of the buyer.
